Where Is Home? 

This project was inspired by the feeling of disconnect among third culture kids (TCKs) to which I asked fellow TCKs how they view home and what it means to them. Taking these responses, I came up with the concept 'home can be anything you want it to be' for my story line. The colour scheme consists of various cool tones as I believe it represents imagination and curiosity and the addition of bolder colours like red and orange adds a sense of playfulness and contrast. As a children's book, each page includes a short sentence in an easy-to-understand vocabulary.  The book is compiled as an accordion which opens up into a continuous illustration (in the back) connecting the front and back cover, adding to the curiosity theme present.
